What Is It?
Pro-Lab's PrintWizard software Is an application program that allows PC users to edit photos on your own PC before ordering.
This makes the order process very fast and efficient, allowing you to crop your images exactly the way that you like them.
Help With Uploading Photos
If you are using the 'printwizard' application,
please keep in mind you need to be connected to the internet when ordering.
Why Printwizard? The Printwizard is a PC based simple photo editing/order
application.If you are using the 'printwizard' application,
please keep in mind you need to be connected to the internet when ordering. Application based means,
you are using your PC's power for editing and
choosing your treasured memories. When your order is complete, the photos are uploaded to
us through our web-based server. Depending on the quantity of photos ordered>your connection speed>
and the size of your photos, the final step (uploading) may take some time, however, it will not interfere
with other programs on your PC or your e-mail or browser(Internet Explorer/Netscape etc.)
So, remember, if you're using a Laptop, you might want to make sure your battery is fully charged or
you have a nearby A/C outlet for charging.
What about 'UPLOAD PHOTOS'? The upload option is Web-Based and is dependent on Your bandwidth
for speed. It is easy to use and fine for small orders (especially the turbo-upload feature.) If you have alot of photos
it is beneficial to download and use 'PRINTWIZARD'
Through the 'UPLOAD PHOTOS' link, you can also view past orders, visit your Personal Gallery, upload on-line albums to family and friends and much more!
What else do you need to know? Well, as your order quantity of any given size goes up, your price per unit goes down.
For example, if you order 2- 8x10 photos they are $5.95 each. If you order 10 or more they are only $2.50 each.
Unfortunately, our price programming doesn't allow us to easily display this information, it is done internally before in-house billing.
If paying by Credit card (our site is secure!), your account will not be billed at the time you order! We bill your card after your order
is checked for quality any price adjustments are made at this time.
Don't forget, our long standing company policy of multiple 4x6 prints from the same image are only 20 cents each.
Again, this price is changed in-house, and is not reflected on your order summary at the time your order is placed.
What about SPAM? We respect your privacy and your disdain for SPAM. We do not give out any of your information to anyone period.
